My order got here in good shape. There was a ton of padding and I didn’t see any scratches or anything. the packaging was better than I thought it’d be, so yeah.

I liked being able to check where my order was without having to email anyone. I usually assume I’ll need to follow up when I don’t hear much, but the updates showed up on time and were easy enough to understand. It definitely made the wait less annoying. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I ordered a few small CNC parts from Xometry, and the whole quote/upload process was straightforward. Shipping was right around when they said it’d be, so no complaints there. The accuracy was a bit hit or miss though. Most of the holes and outside dimensions were within my tolerance, but one pocket was off just enough that I had to sand and hand-fit it. It wasn’t nothing major, but it was still annoying. Support was polite and did respond, but it took a few messages back and forth to get anywhere. I can’t say I wouldn’t use them again, especially for simpler parts, but I’d probably think twice before sending anything with tight fits.

I’ve ordered from this supplier a few times now, and the quality has been the same every time, which I appreciate. No surprises or issues so far. If anything did go wrong, I’d definitely expect them to acknowledge it and apologize, but up to now, everything has been steady.
